Bedroom

All six of the bedrooms at Bali Beachfront Villa Canggu – Villa Waringin were built with your utmost comfort in mind. All of the rooms are fully air-conditioned with Super King beds and large doubles. Rest assured that the coil spring mattresses are of the highest quality, and the beds have been dressed in fresh white linens and adorned with fluffy pillows to guarantee you get a refreshing night’s sleep.

Each bedroom comes with a large LCD TV with satellite as well as a DVD player and Bose sound system. It’s a snazzy little set up that’s ideal for watching movies together in the comfort and privacy of your gorgeous bedroom. All of the bedrooms have stunning accompanying ensuite bathrooms that feature bathtubs, state of the art, high-pressure showers, or both. They also contain all the amenities you’ll need plus the extras you deserve.

Three of the six bedrooms provide guests with breathtaking ocean views. There’s also a large balcony connecting the two bungalows facing the ocean. It’s a gorgeous place to have your morning breakfast with the tantalizing sea breeze rushing by and the sound of the crashing waves in the background.

Living

The living area is chic, modern and comfortable vibe. It’s an indoor living room, meaning you can turn on the air-conditioning and enjoy spending time with loved ones in cool comfort. The living room features several comfortable settees and chairs that are great for cozying up with a book or just relaxing with your laptop and a Bintang.

The outdoor area is absolutely breathtaking owing to the dramatic sea view. The large rectangular pool is also incredibly impressive, and the little bubbling Jacuzzi is perfect for a spot of indulgence with a glass of bubbly in hand. You can relax on one of the sun loungers by the large pool knowing that the kids are having a ball splashing around in the children’s pool.

Weddings & Events
Maximum number of guests: 30 seated or 40 for cocktails.
Event fees: USD 2500++ and IDR 6,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
Curfew: 12 AM for live bands, DJs or amplified music.
Minimum Nights: Minimum 3 nights stay is required during normal season; Minimum 5 nights stay is required during shoulder and high season; Minimum 7 nights stay is required during peak season. Approved event organizer must be appointed.

Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD 3000 will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
Villa Waringin is one of the five luxury villas of Pantai Lima Estate that can host large events and accommodates up to 80 guests, with the capacity of 54 guests staying together in all the villas. Further information can be provided upon request.
