Villa Aum – Clifftop Ocean View Villa
Villa Aum located on the Bali Cliff Top of Balangan Beach, part of community complex with a promenade area and its own beach access, where the iconic Rock Bar located about 1.2 km away. This Clifftop Ocean View Villa of Villa Aum features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each bedrooms are furnished with luxurious king-size beds. Master bed is located beneath the living room with glass panels wall overlooking amazing views of the ocean, completed with sofas and TV lounge. Villa Aum room has direct access to the front garden’s fire pit and jacuzzi area. While other three rooms are located behind the main living pavilion and have similar features as the master bedroom en-suite bathrooms with their own bathtubs and showers.
Villa Aum situated around 25 minutes drive from Airport water sports at Tanjung Beanoa 20 minutes drive away, and the trendy Seminyak area is reachable within a 40-minute drive.
As for dining option, continental breakfast is served daily at Villa Aum and also a private chef service that will help to cook any food upon request however, groceries come at additional charge. Alternatively, guests can explore the surrounding area where various restaurants or Seafood Grill at Jimbaran Bay can be found just a 10-minute drive away.

Stayed for a week and was treated like royalty! The villa was absolutely amazing, beautiful room, bathroom, pool area and outdoor living room, immaculate at all times, breakfast was amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone!
Out of the main seminyak streets but not too far of a walk (15mins maybe) to the central hub and they offer a free shuttle at 10am and 2pm every day.
