The One Seminyak Villa located just few minutes away from Bali’s most famous sand beach, international restaurants and shopping boutiques. This Seminyak holiday villas comprises 1 spacious two-bedrooms villas and 5 one-bedroom villas.
Each villa appointed with a large central living area, private swimming pool with sundeck, full service kitchen, en-suit bathrooms and set within beautiful tropical landscape gardens.
One Bedroom Villa Deluxe
The One Seminyak Villas of one bedroom villas consist of two pavilions, ensuite bathroom, sofa lounge area with good sound system. The second pavilion provides a living area, dining area and full set kitchen. All bedrooms have satellite television, en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and sink vanity. The swimming pools in our one-bedroom villas are large, 7.5 x 4 meters and 1.5m in depth.
One Bedrooms Villa Premier
At The One Seminyak Villa, one-bedroom villas consist of two pavilions on a 485m2 property, set within beautiful tropical landscaped gardens. The Villa consists of 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sofa lounge area with sound system, the second pavilion provides a living area, dining area and full set kitchen. All bedrooms have satellite television, en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and sink vanity. The swimming pools in our one-bedroom villas are large, 9.5 x 4.5 meters and 1.5m in depth.
Two Bedrooms Villa
At The One Luxury Bali Villas, our two-bedrooms villas consist of three pavilions set within tropical landscaped gardens covering an area of 380m2. Two main pavilions each contain a double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, and the third pavilion has living area with a sofa lounge area,sound system, dining area and full set kitchen.

We stayed as a family of 5 for Christmas and new year we had a fabulous time and the staff were so lovely and took great care of us cooking lovely breakfasts and the chef that came and cooked what we requested the day we arrived and Christmas Day was awesome the food he cooked was so delicious
Special thanks to Apel (sorry if spelt wrong) who took care of us every day doing a great job, although may have been a bit bored as we never really asked him to do much, but he was always asking and whatever we did want was done immediately and also Ari who was overseeing the villa, you were there whenever needed it was just a quick msg on whatsapp and you appeared!! Thank you for everything
Beds very comfy large modern rooms, the only thing I would say is, we requested pool fencing as we had our granddaughter with us and it was very un-attractive and cost $100 a day, it did the job and I wouldn’t have not had it but for such a lovely villa I would have preferred something better
All in all it was a fab place to stay with a family
