RAJ MAJAPAHIT VILLA BY THE SEA

Raj Majapahit Villa surrounded by rice fields, tobacco plantations, papaya, banana and coconut groves, and only a stone’s throw from the sea. Raj Majapahit Villa located on the southeast side of the island offers a combination of relaxed indoor and outdoor gourmet living. Although set back from the beach, the upper floor of the villa is blessed with spectacular views of the ocean, while a 13-metre area of beachfront has been specially allocated for the use of guests at Raj and her sister villa, Nataraj.

Raj Majapahit Villa comprises a two-storey main building, comprises three bedrooms and a central living area, overlooking a lush walled garden with a swimming pool, massage pavilion and relaxation balé. The landscaping and contemporary architecture of the shingle-roofed villa are based on traditional Balinese principles, utilising local materials and incorporating the essential elements of Balinese Hindu philosophy and symbolism.

Inside, sophisticated decor and a generous smattering of tribal objets d’art fill the villa with the wonderment of the Indies while a mix of modern and antique furnishings and top quality linens upon king-sized beds, mean comfort is assured. Villa Raj can also be rented as a 2 or 1 bedroom option affording a small group or family the exclusive use of the villa at an appropriately adjusted rate.

Bedrooms

Master Suite : An air-contioned Master bedroom occupies entire upper floor under traditional alang alang roof. Master room furnished with King-size bed, completed with  Bali’s frame photos from a golden age. Open the wide sliding glass doors that leads you to a shaded balcony furnished with a sofa and loungers overlooking the pool, where spectacular ocean views can be spotted as well as the sunset. This luxury ocean view villa on master bedrooms also furnished with en-suite bathroom with a luxurious corner bathtub to rain shower and wash basins.

Guest bedrooms : Two identical air-conditioned guest bedrooms are located downstairs. Each rooms furnished with King-size bed under a soaring wood-and-bamboo-lined ceiling, desk and chair as well as satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Behind the bed, hiding a dressing area where large glass doors at the front of both rooms open out onto a terrace, furnished with two loungers. Each semi-open-air bathrooms under a pergola roof, with seductive hidden lighting, polished in dark grey terrazo and fitted with washbasins, sunked bathtub and rain showers.

Living areas

Main living and dining areas border the swimming pool to get you relax. Folding glass doors at the front and back can be fully extended to allow the sea breeze. The living space completed with fan cooled, comfy chairs,a flat screen satellite TV and a dining table for six alongside a pond filled with koi fish.
