Villa Lulito features a spacious sunny garden in between the villa’s stunning white pavilions, 15 meter lap swimming pool and a basket of pool-toys for the little ones. Around it you can relax on one of the shaded daybeds or go sunbathing on one of the sunbeds. There is a large lounge-area featuring white rattan sofas along with comfortable daybeds and decorated with modern artwork. This Seminyak villas Bali is the perfect place for an in-house massage. Tucked away in the corner you will find a BBQ area shaded by palm trees and other tropical greenery along with a round wooden table and chairs for an alfresco dining experience.

The generous ensuite bedrooms, including a delightful kids room with four bunks and the option to add another king-size bed (extra charge),  and plenty of living space.  Two bedrooms flank the villa’s double entranceway and face the pool, while above them two more suites open onto a long balcony overlooking the azure water, which is lit at night by neon blue lights creating a mesmerising aquatic art piece.  Relax into one of several comfortable living rooms that meander through the pavilions and include a quiet alcove with plush sofas for watching TV, perusing the library, listening to music or enjoying an aperitif.

A dedicated staff team provides five-star service and expertly prepare gourmet delights. Everything is at your fingertips, including massage beds that are just waiting for a therapist to be called to deliver expert treatments. Step outside the villa  and you are at the centre of Bali’s best shopping district, with hip cafes, fabulous nightclubs and fine restaurants to chose from.

Accommodation
Villa Lulito is a 4-bedroom luxury residence with spacious sleeping quarters capable of accommodating six adults in three master suites and four children in bunk beds. The children’s bedroom is able to be configured into a fourth master suite.

The Sleeping Pavilion
This shuttered Colonial style sleeping pavilion houses four bedrooms suites, all featuring spacious en-suite bathrooms.

Master Suites 1 and II
These two ground level master suites each include a large Queen sized bed made of dark glossy bamboo with mosquito netting elegantly draped over the frames, and a rattan colonial style chest at the foot of the bed. Antique style drawers, side tables, Indonesian art and illustrations complete the romantic feel of the suites. The en-suites include sink basins with large circular mirrors, toilets and shower rooms with rainwater showers.

Master Suite III
The upper level master suite is super spacious, housing a King sized bed and framed with a white mosquito net. The en-suite hosts a sink basin, shower room, toilet and a free standing bathtub. To the right of the suite is a huge walk in wardrobe area, which is adjoined by the children’s suite. The entire upper tier can be made into one large walk through suite simply by sliding back the doors, allowing parents to enjoy as much interaction with their children as they desire.

The Children’s Suite
The owners designed this room with comfort, safety and fun in mind. Two sets of bunk-beds are built into the wall, and to brighten the room you will find fun cushions. An en-suite includes toilet, shower and sink with child steps and suction matting included.

Master Suite IV (children’s suite reconfigured)
The children’s suite is able to be changed into a fourth master suite, large Queen sized bed made of solid teak with mosquito netting elegantly draped over the frames, Indonesian art complete the romantic feel of the suite. The en-suite includes sink basins with large circular mirrors, toilets and shower room with rainwater shower.
