Lataliana Villa is a complex of three private luxury Bali villas located just minutes walking from the beach and close to Seminyak’s popular Gado-Gado restaurant. This luxury Seminyak villa Built on a large tree-lined plot, Lataliana comprises  3 villas within one estate that can create 8 bedroom villa walking distance into Legian and Seminyak.

Lataliana II, a charming two-bedroom pool villa featuring a traditional Balinese lumbung; Lataliana I, a majestic five-bedroom pool villa; and the Lataliana suite which lies between the two larger villas. Accessed from a private entrance off a quiet leafy street, Lataliana Villas enjoy first class service from an experienced team of staff, gourmet cuisine, extensive facilities and round the clock security. Lataliana Villa has a 15 metre free-form swimming pool and set within a pretty Balinese garden. There is also a one bedroom villa Water Palace (Floating Annexe) that can be joined to create the 8 bedroom complex.

Villas

Lataliana Villas I and II and the Lataliana suite are ideally situated in a quiet side street just 300 metres from popular Seminyak Beach in south-west Bali, and within easy walking distance of some of the island’s most fashionable shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. If required, the villas can be rented together to provide guests with 3-bedroom, 6-bedroom, 7-bedroom or 8-bedroom villa options.

Lataliana I – 5 bedrooms

The majestic, five-bedroom Seminyak villa Lataliana I was built in 2011. This exceptional property blends stylish modern architecture with custom-made furnishings crafted from the century-old recycled timbers of a traditional Indonesian phinisi schooner. With its spacious rooms, large free-form swimming pool, historic joglo balé pavilion, dazzling designer chandeliers, soothing antique water features and high-tech facilities including a pool table; Lataliana I is classy and chic. It also presents an abundance of space, making it the perfect venue for weddings.

Lataliana II – 2 bedrooms

Lataliana II is a charming two-bedroom villa with contemporary architecture inspired by Indonesian vernacular design. The property, which was completed in 2011, sleeps up to four adults and two children in two separate buildings positioned on opposite sides of a 15-metre swimming pool within the boundaries of a tree- and flower-filled garden. One of the buildings, modelled on a traditional rice barn or lumbung, was designed specifically with families in mind.

Location

Lataliana Villa is ideally located just 300m from the beach in the very heart of trendy Seminyak. This is an area exemplified by chic cocktail bars, designer boutiques, internationally-acclaimed fine-dining restaurants and hot night spots. Sweeping Seminyak beach is renowned for its world-class surf breaks and panoramic coastline views; this is the place where the local and expatriate communities gather every evening to enjoy the legendary sunsets. The neighbouring Mesari Stables offers rides along the beach.

Staff

Lataliana has a dedicated team of 22 staff serving the two villas within the enclave.

Manager : to oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and to assist guests during their stay. She is on call 24 hours a day.
Chefs : chefs who will prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, according to the wishes and whims of the guests.
Butlers : Lataliana’s three butlers have undergone rigorous training in the finer points of etiquette. Their real skill is the ability to think on their feet, which means anticipating what guests want even before they know it themselves. Guests are given a mobile phone to summon a butler whenever required.
Housekeepers : Three housekeepers attend to all of the daily cleaning and domestic duties at the two villas.
Gardener/pool attendants : Three gardeners tend the garden and pool at Lataliana, working discretely to maintain high standards without disturbing the guests.
Spa staff/masseuse : A team of fully-trained spa therapists is available at nearby Villa Kubu’s Spa Venus to provide a range of spa and massage treatments, as well as manicures and pedicures. Some of these services can be enjoyed in the privacy of your villa.
Security : Lataliana is kept safe and secure 24 hours a day by a team of four security guards working in shifts.
