Ocean & Golf Villa
Located along the magnificent southwest coast of Bali, 45 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Kuta. Villa Ocean & Golf is set within a 100 hectare resort complex which includes the 18 hole par 72, Greg Norman designed, signature golf course. This luxury villa offers panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, golf course and spectacular sunsets. Designed in classical Balinese style and the ultimate in luxury with an outdoor living pavilion and private plunge pool, this Four bedroom private villa is perfect for families, couples or smaller couples who want to escape to peace and tranquility.
Villa Ocean & Golf features a master bedroom with a king sized four poster bed with ensuite, bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite, the third bedroom has two single beds with ensuite and the forth bedroom has trundle beds with ensuite. There are televisions in all bedrooms with cable connection. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area featuring a plasma television with satellite channel connection, CD/DVD players, a movie library, a newly renovated modern kitchen which is fully equipped, garage and a 4-seater electric golf buggy for use around the 100 hectare resort.
Upstairs is an open-air pavilion with lounge and dining area offering breathtaking panoramic views of the championship golf course and the Indian Ocean. Simply the perfect place for entertaining or relaxation.
Villa Ocean & Golf has three fully trained Balinese staff to assist with cooking, housekeeping, laundry and gardening. They are pleased to assist with any requirements to ensure you have a relaxed vacation. In-villa spa and massage services are available on request.
Guests have complimentary access to Pan Pacific Resort lagoon swimming pools, kids slides, kids club, fitness center, tennis and squash courts. Golf resident discounts are also extended. A car with driver can be arranged at a nominal fee. Accommodates up to 8 people.

The moment we stepped into the villa we were blown away. The grounds are expansive, staff are welcoming and property very well presented. My wife says that’s got to be her dream house!
Although it’s listed as a 4-bedroom villa there’s actually a fifth room, albeit a lounge area that can be used as a bedroom in very practical ways.
We love the home cooked meals whipped up by the staff, you just pay for the grocery cost with the service included in the rental. It’s really that good.
Although quite a distance from the main street, around 10 minutes and a further 10 minutes to Seminyak Village, the Villa benefits from privacy and a luxurious fit out from a 17 meter lap pool to open bathrooms and lush tropical gardens.
Our group of 11 stayed very comfortably and enjoyed returning to this lovely home after a full day excursion. I’m sure we will be back sometime soon!
